Nail Expo

My initial experience at Nail Expo left much to be desired. Only a week after getting a gel manicure, multiple nails are already lifting. The use of pure acetone in a bowl was overwhelming, with the fumes so strong that a washcloth had to be placed over it. My fingertips went numb, and I am concerned that I may have altered fingerprints. During the process of removing the gel manicure, the owner engaged in conversation with me. However, upon learning that I am 24 weeks pregnant, her response was inappropriate. She remarked that upon seeing me, she thought I was just overweight. Despite her attempt to backtrack, the comment was unacceptable. I regret not leaving immediately and have decided not to return to this salon.

Despite making an appointment well in advance, I encountered significant delays at the salon. The rushed service resulted in a disappointing nail painting job. Moreover, there was a complete lack of communication throughout the appointment. It is crucial for them to better manage their schedule to provide a smoother and more satisfying customer experience. I recommend seeking services elsewhere.

My appointment at this establishment was scheduled for 5:30 yesterday. The staff was pleasant, the salon was clean, and my nails were tidied up nicely. However, the quality of the polish application was subpar. It is possible that I was attended to by a novice in the field. Perhaps I should have mentioned the issue, but they were about to close.
