I had an extremely negative experience at this salon. I am certain that someone must have falsified their qualifications or obtained their license through illicit means because there is no way this establishment could still be in business. My hair has been ruined, and I now face the prospect of waiting for years to dye it a different color or shaving it all off.
Upon arriving, I was left unacknowledged for quite some time, without any inquiry about an appointment. After a 15-minute wait, I decided to rate my experience as four stars instead of five. However, once the young stylist began cutting my hair, the service improved significantly. She frequently paused to ensure the length was to my liking, resulting in a thoroughly enjoyable and well-executed haircut.
Hair maintenance isn't a top priority for me as I typically wear a hat, but this haircut stands out as the worst I've received in my 32 years. I believe I could have done a better job using my own clippers.
