Incredibly, incredibly disappointing service. Visited for a simple mani-pedi, and they persistently pushed for additional services despite my repeated refusals. Despite my clear and polite rejections, they "mistakenly" applied gel polish to my hands even though I had clearly stated I only wanted a basic nail polish mani-pedi. Furthermore, the lining of their foot baths was torn, the water started off freezing, and when I mentioned it, they turned it scalding hot, spraying the boiling water all over my lower legs and feet. Moreover, I left a 20% tip for EACH nail technician, and one of them picked it up and remarked, "that's it?" Honestly, considering the abysmal customer service, they should have been grateful for even a 10% tip.
