I phoned for a haircut and got a same-day slot. Despite my initial doubts due to the low price, I'm happy with the outcome. It was a quick and simple trim to get rid of split ends.
I scheduled an appointment for a partial highlight and haircut. Upon arrival, the stylist appeared annoyed. Without consulting me on the color, she began mixing it. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She seemed impatient but proceeded. During the process, she insisted on a longer processing time than usual. When she cut my hair, she took off more than I wanted, dismissing my concerns. The end result was unsatisfactory, leading me to spend extra on extensions. I requested a refund and won't return. Beware of this salon's service.
