The haircut turned out too brief, uneven, and the buzz was not blended properly, leaving a visible line at the back of my neck. Considering the price of $23, I should have anticipated these issues.
I requested a 5 cm trim and to maintain the V-cut of my hair. I specified that I wanted to keep its length. Initially, the barber showed me the amount he would cut, which seemed fine. However, he ended up cutting off much more than I asked for (12-15 cm) and gave me a straight-across cut, completely eliminating the V-cut. I also inquired twice about removing split ends, to which he responded that they were only at the ends of my hair. Consequently, he did not remove split ends from my shorter layers. The haircut took about 20 minutes and cost $45. It felt rushed and was not worth the price. If possible, I would give it 0 stars.
I wanted my sibling's hair to be trimmed shorter due to its fast growth, but the barber insisted on his own approach. It seems that customer preferences are not taken into account, so why ask for our desired style in the first place?
