The worst haircut I've had in years. Despite giving detailed instructions, measurements, and a reference photo, the stylist did not deliver. When I pointed out the mistake, she insisted that "it looks better this way". I don't trust someone who decides how MY hair should look.
Initially, I encountered a very impolite stylist. I informed her about the burning and discomfort, but she disregarded it. No patch test, no compassion, just a regrettable rash on my back. To add to the disappointment, the $140 perm I got is non-existent. This being my first time, I was misled about how it would "improve later" or "curl after drying". I left the salon with wet, unstyled hair that is far from a perm, and it has only gotten straighter as the night progressed. In conclusion, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience yesterday and strongly urge others to take their business elsewhere.
I want to express my gratitude to everyone! My sweet 5-year-old is thrilled and grateful for her haircut. Thank you for accommodating us today. We are grateful for the excellent service.
