I need to recount my visit to Taylor Brooks this week. I thought I had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday, but upon arrival, I realized I mistakenly booked it for Thursday. With an evening event to attend and needing my hair done, I decided to leave and find another salon. Before I could leave, I received a call from the salon Manager, Sam; she expressed sincere apologies for the mix-up and requested a few minutes to coordinate with her stylists to accommodate me that day. True to her word, she called back and asked me to return in an hour, which I did, and had a fantastic experience with hairstylist Nicole who was incredibly personable and skilled. I recently brought my daughters to the salon for haircuts by Jordan, and we had a fantastic experience. Jordan was very friendly and made the entire visit enjoyable for my girls.
