During my previous visit, Mimi did an excellent job, so I decided to return, this time with a different technician. Both my sister and I got our nails done, and unfortunately, they chipped. My sister's nails chipped after just two days, got them fixed, and they chipped again. Mine chipped after a week, which is unusually quick for me as my nails typically last 3 to 4 weeks without chipping. Moreover, the polish was applied slightly over my cuticles, resulting in an uneven line as my nails grow out. Exercise caution if you choose to visit this salon. I need to recount my visit to Taylor Brooks this week. I thought I had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday, but upon arrival, I realized I mistakenly booked it for Thursday. With an evening event to attend and needing my hair done, I decided to leave and find another salon. Before I could leave, I received a call from the salon Manager, Sam; she expressed sincere apologies for the mix-up and requested a few minutes to coordinate with her stylists to accommodate me that day. True to her word, she called back and asked me to return in an hour, which I did, and had a fantastic experience with hairstylist Nicole who was incredibly personable and skilled.
Sam, I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional service and for going the extra mile to care for your clients. Your professionalism and level of service are truly impressive.
