During my previous visit, Mimi did an excellent job, so I decided to return, this time with a different technician. Both my sister and I got our nails done, and unfortunately, they chipped. My sister's nails chipped after just two days, got them fixed, and they chipped again. Mine chipped after a week, which is unusually quick for me as my nails typically last 3 to 4 weeks without chipping. Moreover, the polish was applied slightly over my cuticles, resulting in an uneven line as my nails grow out. Exercise caution if you choose to visit this salon. Personally, I won't return unless I can specifically book an appointment with Mimi.
I typically don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I paid $70 for a nail service that felt more like a $20 job. The service was subpar. I had four different individuals work on my nails, and the lady handling my hands ended up nicking me on four fingers! The work was sloppy and rushed. There's still acrylic residue on my hands, and they didn't clean under my nails. This will be my first and last visit here. Completely dissatisfied.
The employees are consistently friendly and hospitable. The salon is always clean, and they offer complimentary beverages. Their services are truly exceptional. I am thoroughly pleased with my experiences here!
