I had an appointment last Thursday for a nail design, but was shocked by the high prices quoted by the nail tech. Despite opting for a basic color and minimal design, I still ended up paying a hefty sum. Unfortunately, the service left my cuticles in a bad state, and my nails started chipping within a week. The subsequent visit for repairs was equally disappointing, with the replacement tech doing a subpar job. Overall, a regrettable experience that I will not repeat. The abundance of positive reviews for this salon is baffling.
