DO NOT VISIT HERE. I chose this place due to a slightly lower cost and its proximity to my residence. Occasionally, I encounter ingrown nails. Not severe, I just prefer a specific shape to prevent it. The technician was quite rough, but I have a high pain threshold, so it was bearable. However, that night, I woke up in excruciating pain. It felt like tiny needles in my toes. I attempted to treat it with hydrogen peroxide, Polysporin, Neosporin, and soaking my toes as they were infected. Despite a week of this regimen, there was no improvement. Eventually, I had to seek urgent care as the infection spread to my tissue. I reluctantly took a week of antibiotics (I dislike taking medication, making this even more disappointing). While the infection wasn't completely gone, the pain subsided. It has been three weeks, and my toes are still not back to normal. Spend the extra $5 and go to the place down the street. I stumbled upon this salon as a meeting point with a friend about 3 years ago and have never turned back! The prices are great, and the staff is fantastic.
