Diana is the most caring and considerate stylist I've ever encountered. She was gentle and ensured that I was satisfied with my haircut at every stage. With my medium-length, slightly wavy hair, she made sure I understood how it would look when styled curly or straight. Diana checked in with me throughout the process, addressing any queries I had and actively listening. I will definitely be returning! The whole team there was incredibly kind.
I had a FANTASTIC experience. I arrived as a walk-in, just 2 hours before closing, for a cut and color. Right from the start, everyone was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I showed Aymara the style of cut I desired (considerably shorter), and she made sure I comprehended the length and how to maintain it between appointments. Dailyn handled my color while Aymara took care of the cut, ensuring all clients were attended to. I have been using the recommended shampoo and conditioner, and they are amazing! I shared my wonderful experience with my mother, and she promptly booked appointments for my grandmother and herself. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, it's truly 5-star service.
