I was really hoping to have a positive experience at this salon. As a member at Lifetime, having the convenience of childcare while getting pampered was a major plus. However, my recent visit was incredibly disappointing, and I have decided not to return for their services. I showed Christina a photo and explained my desired look, but unfortunately, the haircut I received was uneven and choppy, resembling a mullet. Despite giving her the opportunity to correct it, the situation only worsened. I had to halt the process and leave the salon feeling devastated. The aftermath left me in tears as I mourned the loss of my long, thick, beautiful hair. All I wanted was some elegant flowing layers, but now I am left with an awkward, unattractive, thin appearance. Although I received a refund, the promised call from the manager never materialized. This lack of follow-up was truly disheartening.
