I phoned to check their closing time. They said 8:30. Explained my needs, they said come now, so I did. Called at 7, arrived at 7:15. Walked in, no one greeted me. Sat down, after 10 mins, they asked what I needed. Mentioned I had called. They insisted I hadn't and could only do pedicures, no fill-ins. Reiterated that I had just called. They denied it, so I left. Called again to confirm the location, explained my request, they said to come. Returned, found the door locked. Why ask me to come if you can't provide the service I asked for? Probably thought I'd settle for one without the other. Place was quiet and warm, no music or TV. Suggest seeking services elsewhere. Customer service was poor, they blatantly lied to my face for no reason. Brooklyn has plenty of nail salons. GO ELSEWHERE.
