Exceptional massage facility with a 5-star rating. The massage therapist, Alex, was exceptional and displayed professionalism throughout the session. Suffering from neck pain, I opted for a 60-minute full-body massage and received a complimentary hot stone treatment. Alex diligently worked on my shoulders and back with perfect pressure, resulting in a significant reduction in pain and improved mobility. The establishment was impeccably clean and serene, with reasonable pricing. I intend to become a regular patron and highly recommend this place.
Unbelievable experience at this establishment. Upon calling to schedule an appointment, the individual on the phone abruptly stated they were unavailable and hung up. Subsequent attempts to book an appointment were met with the response that no staff members were present, thereby denying any booking. The lack of professionalism and rudeness experienced led me to seek services elsewhere.
