Ever since I started frequenting this establishment, the service has consistently been exceptional. I am quite particular about my desired haircut style. The stylists have not only met but surpassed my expectations. My personal favorite is Echo. She is my preferred choice every time she is available on the stylist list.
Upon entering for a haircut today, we were informed of an approximate 10-minute wait. Despite three barbers attending to clients, we ended up waiting for about 30 minutes. The barbers spent most of the time engaging in personal conversations with clients, rather than focusing on providing haircuts efficiently. One barber, in particular, spent 20 minutes "cutting" the hair of an elderly man with very little hair left, mostly chatting with him.
