I have been a loyal customer of LV Nails for over a decade, but since they relocated next to A+ Crab after closing at Chapel Hill Mall, my child and I have been dissatisfied with our nail services. Unfortunately, this past weekend will be the final time we use their services due to the poor quality of work. Despite requesting a simple French tip polish overlay on my nails, the technician struggled and had to seek help from the owner. The manager then tried to convince me to get gel polish instead, causing a scene in the salon. After a long and frustrating process, my total bill was much higher than expected, and my nails chipped within days.
