Me and my daughters absolutely adore this nail salon. Each person here is incredibly kind, funny, and wonderful. You can step in and feel like family. We've really gotten to know Moe, and we truly cherish her. If I could rate this higher, I definitely would.
On Friday, Dec 1st, I visited this establishment for the first time for a full hybrid set. The lash technician who attended to me was pleasant but lacked the expertise needed for a full hybrid set. My appointment began at 11:15 and concluded at 2:20. She accidentally dropped the tweezers in my eye, causing my eyes to seal shut and resulting in discomfort as she tried to separate my eyelids from the under-eye patch. While she was applying the lashes, it was evident that her isolation techniques were inadequate as she was isolating and placing simultaneously. Immediately after she finished, I expressed my dissatisfaction to the stylist, explaining that the set had excessive glue and was not placed correctly. Upon returning home, I messaged the owner, informing her that the lashes had already started falling out and that my eyes were in pain due to the excessive glue, making it very uncomfortable to blink. The owner offered for the same technician to redo the lashes, but I declined due to the lack of skill displayed. The pain caused by the tweezers falling into my eye and the excessive use of glue led me to have the lashes removed on the same day they were applied. I messaged the owner again on Saturday, explaining that I had to remove the lashes due to the pain and requested a refund, which she denied. She suggested that another technician at the salon could redo them, but by that point, I was not willing to take the risk again. PLEASE BE AWARE of the refund policy and ensure that these lash technicians are certified. My left eye remained swollen for two days, and I ended up spending $160.00 on lashes that lasted less than 24 hours.
The top lash and nail artist in the area! Lucky to have had my lashes done by her for almost ten years. I highly recommend her artistic skills! She excels at everything she does - from nails and lashes to facials. I simply admire her!
