However, during the application process, I noticed one nail was crooked and requested for it to be redone. The attendant dismissed my concerns, claiming it would self-correct once the acrylic was applied. Trusting their expertise, I waited patiently. After two hours, the final result was disappointing - crooked nails with thick, shaky lines. Regrettably, I am unable to have them redone before my upcoming three-week vacation. I am disheartened by the low quality of work for the price I paid. The pedicure, on the other hand, was satisfactory.

The receptionist welcomed me with water or tea choices. Jenny did my express gel mani and pedi, results were fantastic. Clean and precise work. Nina handled my lash lift and tint and brow lamination and tint. Last time I did this was 5 years ago and the difference was noticeable this time. Nina recommended the perfect medium curl for my short and sparse lashes. I liked the darker design at my arches for my eyebrows. Nina was informative and made me feel comfortable throughout. This place is fantastic! Scheduled a quick pedicure with Alex based on online reviews and she exceeded expectations! Alex pays great attention to detail, is warm and welcoming. She even managed to fit in an impromptu manicure. Excellent service, spotless establishment, and reasonable prices. Definitely recommend!
