I was hopeful about this salon, drawn in by the variety of nail art showcased on their online platform. Prior to the start of my nail service, I presented a picture of the design I desired and inquired if they were capable of executing it. I made it clear that if they were unsure, I would opt for a simpler design instead. The attendant assured me that she could fulfill my request and quoted a price of $70. Though the cost seemed steep, I was willing to pay for what appeared to be high-quality work based on their online images. However, during the application process, I noticed one nail was crooked and requested for it to be redone. The attendant dismissed my concerns, claiming it would self-correct once the acrylic was applied. Trusting their expertise, I waited patiently. After two hours, the final result was disappointing - crooked nails with thick, shaky lines. Regrettably, I am unable to have them redone before my upcoming three-week vacation. I am disheartened by the low quality of work for the price I paid. The pedicure, on the other hand, was satisfactory.
The service was acceptable, but the manicurist seemed unresponsive to my requests for nail shape adjustments. Several nails were filed crookedly. The elder lady who performed my pedicure was more pleasant, but the polish application was messy. The affordability of the service ($15 for a basic manicure) seemed to align with the quality provided. I would prefer to spend a bit more elsewhere for better service.
The manicures offered are decent. I visited the salon a couple of times a few years ago for basic nail treatments. However, I noticed that the final results do not match the advertised images. Their website featured my name without consent and displayed someone else's pictures, indicating a lack of reliability in their representations. After receiving no response when I politely requested the removal of the false advertising using my name, I decided to share my experience through this review.
