I prefer going to the elder lady in the initial chair, although I'm unsure if she's the proprietor. She consistently delivers exceptional results. On the occasions I've sat with the younger lady in the second chair, my eyebrows were not done well. She rushed through the process, ignoring my request for a conservative cleanup and thinning. I've been frequenting this salon for a few months now and have had several sets done by the technicians here, and they always do an exceptional job!! I recently had my pink & red Valentine’s Day nails done, and they are SO ADORABLE. They were (and always are) incredibly patient as I described the design I wanted (I even brought a reference photo) and ensured I was pleased with each step of the process. I had never visited Perfect Nails until today!! Now I understand why my daughters always urged me to join them at this establishment!! Allow me to share my experience about this salon!! Upon arrival, we requested 2 full sets and a pedicure for myself, and they promptly accommodated us. They made us feel completely at ease and at home!! As I enjoyed my pedicure, the technician kindly offered to do a manicure as well, to which I happily agreed as a treat to myself!! We left with 2 stunning full sets, a gel pedicure, and a manicure, all for $200!! This salon surpasses all others!! If I could rate them a 10, I would without hesitation!! I have nothing but positive things to express about this hair salon. Since I began visiting Ashlynn at Irmgard's, my hair has never been healthier! She attentively listens to me at the start of each appointment and provides her recommendations, somehow always delivering what I desire even if I arrived at the salon unsure of what I wanted. The entire staff here always welcomes me warmly, and I eagerly anticipate every visit.
