If I could give zero stars, I totally would! Normally, I have no issues with this salon, but my visit on 7/18/24 was completely unacceptable. The individual who did my brows was on a phone call and had the nerve to place the phone ON MY CHEST on speaker while working on my eyebrows!! Not only was this unsanitary (she was speaking loudly without a mask), but it was incredibly unprofessional! To top it off, I now have irritation and cuts on one of my eyebrows on day 2. I will never return to this Westfield Culver City location. A full refund is in order!
