Regardless of the wax temperature, this practice is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. I feel foolish for not catching this sooner as I trusted her expertise, but seriously, this is basic protocol! Each dip should be followed by disposal, not reuse. What cost savings are you truly achieving here? Customer safety should be the top priority. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment.
