The esthetician was pleasant, HOWEVER, she committed a grave error by double-dipping the spatula into the wax during my session, which is a major hygiene breach! Regardless of the wax temperature, this practice is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. I feel foolish for not catching this sooner as I trusted her expertise, but seriously, this is basic protocol! Each dip should be followed by disposal, not reuse. What cost savings are you truly achieving here? Customer safety should be the top priority. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. I wish I had checked the Yelp reviews dating back to 8 or even 13 years ago.
