Timeless Creations conveniently located close to Olive and 270 and often has available parking.
They have lots of professional tricks up their sleeve. They take care of my eye brows and my grays. Most likely I don't even know 100 other things that they can do. Japanese Straightener or Noiraudepro anyone ? (: They are one of those people who you talk to for 1 minute and it feels like you know them for at least 5 minutes, trying to make a joke here but you know what I mean ...
They take their time with my hair and very attentive to my suggestions. If I'm in a hurry, they can speed things up without any sacrifice to my hair or smile.
What they do is great and how they do it is even better - I leave their salon energized and ready to take on my work day or a weekend.
I will definitely continue to get my haircuts with them and recommend them to my coworkers and friends, but I would not take my cat there, because they specialize in people only (:

If I could give zero stars, I totally would! Normally, I have no issues with this salon, but my visit on 7/18/24 was completely unacceptable. The individual who did my brows was on a phone call and had the nerve to place the phone ON MY CHEST on speaker while working on my eyebrows!! Not only was this unsanitary (she was speaking loudly without a mask), but it was incredibly unprofessional! To top it off, I now have irritation and cuts on one of my eyebrows on day 2. I will never return to this Westfield Culver City location. The esthetician was pleasant, HOWEVER, she committed a grave error by double-dipping the spatula into the wax during my session, which is a major hygiene breach! Regardless of the wax temperature, this practice is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. I feel foolish for not catching this sooner as I trusted her expertise, but seriously, this is basic protocol! Each dip should be followed by disposal, not reuse. What cost savings are you truly achieving here? Customer safety should be the top priority. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. I wish I had checked the Yelp reviews dating back to 8 or even 13 years ago.
