I will never return to this establishment again, I caution you to steer clear as well. If you do decide to go, heed my warning. I had my nails done on 7/15/2024. Upon closer inspection at home, I noticed the sides of my nails were separating from each one. I even had to apply nail glue to prevent them from breaking. On 07/16/2024, I returned to the salon to show the individual who did my nails the poor job done, and requested a redo. His response was a firm NO!! accompanied by a sassy demeanor (how dare I imply his work was not flawless). Subsequently, a woman interjected, "I'll rectify it," and proceeded to explain, "When you requested a fill-in, we only fill in the back, not the sides, so he did a commendable job on the back." Now... I pondered to myself... I have been getting my nails done longer than she has been alive and NEVER have I encountered the notion that you only fill in from the back EXCLUSIVELY... Have you ever come across this before? As she proceeded to redo my nails in a half-hearted manner while justifying the poor outcome, I mentioned that my sister is a nail technician, and I am aware that my nails should not appear as they did. Throughout the process of attempting to rectify the situation, she grumbled incessantly. I hope they endure until my event on Saturday, at best, I can have them properly redone on Monday. AVOID THIS PLACE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Delivered precisely what I desired. Service was impeccable, completed in under 45 minutes, and this was not a temporary fix. Pricing was extremely reasonable. Overall, they deserve a perfect score of 5 out of 5. Grateful for the experience. Eagerly anticipating my next visit.

I received a gel manicure and pedicure on Wednesday. Today, which is Friday, a portion of one of my fingernails peeled off because the edge was raised where they painted over the cuticle. Most nails have lumps, bubbles, or foreign particles in them, making them appear uneven. The particles are likely remnants from the filing process, as they proceeded to apply polish without allowing me to rinse off the dust. The fingernails are all of different shapes - some almond, some round, and a couple with irregular jagged edges that I had to rectify at home. One nail has a wrinkled tip, as if it did not cure adequately. The manicure felt rushed, and the results reflect that. However, Kevin did a commendable job on my pedicure! He was pleasant, and I am content with the outcome. Unfortunately, I did not catch the name of the individual who performed my manicure. The staff was friendly and amiable, at least. I would consider returning for a pedicure, but likely not for a manicure. I have rated 3 stars - 1 for the manicure and 5 for the pedicure.
