The massage I received was truly exceptional. I specifically requested a female therapist and she exceeded my expectations. However, the experience was marred by the front desk attendant who was coughing persistently and sounded unwell throughout my entire session. It was quite off-putting and did not contribute to a relaxing atmosphere.
