The massage I received was truly exceptional. I specifically requested a female therapist and she exceeded my expectations. However, the experience was marred by the front desk attendant who was coughing persistently and sounded unwell throughout my entire session. It was quite off-putting and did not contribute to a relaxing atmosphere. She did an outstanding job balancing hair health while achieving my desired look. Katie was patient, attentive to my preferences, and provided honest feedback on potential outcomes given my hair's condition. The salon consistently boasts exceptional staff, from booking appointments to the actual service. Just had the most amazing experience in this place! I completely forgot about my nails for our engagement photos until the night before. S&T happened to be the only salon that was open late. The proprietress and her spouse both meticulously worked on my nails, showing exceptional attention to detail and taking their time, even though it was closing time. They graciously stayed well past their usual closing time, which I truly appreciated. They were incredibly kind, and both my partner and I absolutely adore how my nails turned out.
