I have frequented Blush for many years and have always had fantastic experiences regardless of the stylist. However, this time, I underwent a dramatic transformation from long, artificially dark hair with remnants of blonde to short, vibrant pink hair, all thanks to Katie's exceptional skills! She did an outstanding job balancing hair health while achieving my desired look. Katie was patient, attentive to my preferences, and provided honest feedback on potential outcomes given my hair's condition. The salon consistently boasts exceptional staff, from booking appointments to the actual service. I discovered them while living in Crystal Lake and now travel over an hour from Wisconsin, but the quality of service makes every minute of the journey worthwhile!
I must give a special mention to Chris (one of the owners of Blush) for personally reaching out to me following a less than satisfactory experience during my last visit. It's not often that feedback on Google goes acknowledged, but Chris promptly addressed the issue to ensure my happiness. Initially, I couldn't book with my regular stylist, Sarah, due to her busy schedule, so I was assigned to another stylist whose work didn't meet my expectations. However, both Chris and Sarah went above and beyond to rectify the situation. A huge thank you to Sarah for providing services to boost my confidence for upcoming interviews! She is truly remarkable. I have visited her multiple times and highly recommend her for hair services.
I have been a loyal customer of this salon for the past ten years. Today, I had the pleasure of being attended to by Katie, who recently completed her training. Her skills were truly impressive. She engaged in delightful conversation, regularly checked in on my satisfaction with the process, ensured the color was just right, and maintained a high level of transparency throughout. While I typically request a Master Stylist at Blush, I am now considering switching over to Katie. :)
