My 12-year-old daughter, who is very active in sports and in good health, started complaining of neck pain, headaches, and lower back discomfort (unrelated to any injury). She was a bit anxious, but the staff's kindness, patience, and thorough explanations really put her at ease. Dr. Brad and his team were incredibly informative, gentle, and caring towards my daughter, and it was evident that bringing her to Advanced Spinal Care was truly a blessing. Dr. Bartel is a doctor who genuinely cares for his patients, takes the time to address all concerns, and showcases remarkable skills. Immediately after her gentle first adjustment, my daughter felt relief and has not experienced any pain since. I have full confidence in the knowledge and future recommendations provided by Dr. Brad, and I know she will continue to be his patient whenever necessary. The entire staff, from the wonderfully kind receptionist Karen to Nicole, one of the assistants, and even the office manager Holly, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I am sincerely grateful to everyone there. Lishelle was an absolute delight! It was my first time ever getting a facial, and she guided me through each step with care. She also provided recommendations on what products to use and avoid on my face. I highly recommend visiting this spa! The ambiance is fantastic, emitting positive vibes. I even took a nap when I got home because I was so relaxed and rejuvenated from the deluxe facial I received!
