I’m uncertain about the recent changes at this Hair Salon location. When I initially visited this spot a few years back, it was fantastic. However, now there seems to be a high turnover of staff, making it nearly impossible to have the same stylist twice. The place is often understaffed, resulting in wait times exceeding 2 hours daily. Walk-ins are practically impossible due to the excessive waits. I am aware that the owners acquired the Merrillville location, only to close it down, leaving this as the sole option between Valpo and Schererville.
Extremely courteous and professional. Fabulous haircut as well. Highly recommend this establishment. Grateful to Kristin for providing exceptional services! Will definitely return!
