I am quite sensitive to needles, but this establishment is excellent and my top choice! During my last visit, the phlebotomist had to draw 11 vials as per the doctor's instructions, and I didn't feel a thing. They are compassionate, professional, and incredibly speedy. I highly recommend them.
On my first visit, the technician was kind and caring. However, during my second visit, as I was searching for my mask in my purse upon entering, a different staff member greeted me rudely, asking, "Do you have a mask?" Not the warmest welcome. The next thing she demanded was my insurance card. It seems that basic kindness is too much to expect.
This testing facility is fantastic! I have difficult veins and have visited a few times now with no issues whatsoever. They even offer Saturday appointments and are incredibly efficient with minimal wait times. If possible, I will always choose to come here! The staff has consistently been welcoming and polite.
