This salon is fantastic. We bring our son here for his haircuts, and they always do an excellent job. Justine is a genuinely kind person.
For over 4 years now, I have been a loyal customer at this salon since I moved to the vicinity. Justine and the team are exceptional — not only are they skilled professionals, but they also deliver outstanding customer service. On my wedding day, Justine and the team scheduled me and my groomsmen for the first appointments on a Saturday morning. They even surprised us with donuts, coffee, and mimosas to celebrate. Justine styled my hair exactly as I wanted for the special day, and it looked fantastic throughout, especially in photos. This level of service at Village Custom Cuts goes above and beyond, demonstrating their genuine care for customers. I highly recommend them to anyone in the northern Westchester area — booking appointments is simple with a quick phone call, and I have always left with fantastic haircuts!
I have frequented this hair salon for 4 years before relocating out of state. NOWHERE else have I received such precision in haircuts or exceptional service. In other places, I am charged exorbitant prices by inexperienced stylists. However, at Village Custom Cuts, the experience is different. I usually opt for a men's short haircut, beard trim, and occasionally a straight shave. I even indulged in highlights on three separate occasions, all at a reasonable rate. My go-to stylist was Diana. The owner, Justine, creates a welcoming atmosphere and remembers each client. Whenever I return home for a visit, I make sure to schedule a haircut here!
