I recently had my nails done by Cadence and I must say, I was impressed! Cadence was incredibly attentive and gentle throughout the process. I have quite large nail beds, which can be tricky to work with, but Cadence paid close attention to detail and the end result was fantastic. I left feeling satisfied and impressed with her work.
I have mixed feelings about Cadence as a nail technician. While she is skilled at nail art, I have had some negative experiences with her business practices and customer service. On one occasion, she forgot to apply a top coat to one of my nails before I went on vacation, causing the color to completely disappear the next day. When I brought this up to her, she only offered to fix it, which was not feasible as I was out of town.
