I am not a regular patron, but I have visited this establishment in the past and had a wonderful experience with a manicure and pedicure. However, my recent visit left much to be desired. The atmosphere remains peaceful, and the staff is still friendly, but upon closer inspection in natural light, my nails looked poorly done. There was a noticeable smudge on my big toe, and the polish on my fingernails was unevenly applied, extending to the sides and cuticles. While I understand that I am not a frequent customer, I paid the same prices and expected better quality. I will seek services elsewhere next time.

Visited for haircuts with my son. Didn't use online check-in but were promptly attended to. Jamie did an amazing job with my unruly hair, and my son loved his cut, although we didn't catch the stylist's name. I recently had my nails done by Cadence and I must say, I was impressed! Cadence was incredibly attentive and gentle throughout the process. I have quite large nail beds, which can be tricky to work with, but Cadence paid close attention to detail and the end result was fantastic.
