I am not a regular patron, but I have visited this establishment in the past and had a wonderful experience with a manicure and pedicure. However, my recent visit left much to be desired. The atmosphere remains peaceful, and the staff is still friendly, but upon closer inspection in natural light, my nails looked poorly done. There was a noticeable smudge on my big toe, and the polish on my fingernails was unevenly applied, extending to the sides and cuticles. While I understand that I am not a frequent customer, I paid the same prices and expected better quality. I will seek services elsewhere next time.
The technician neglected to remove old polish thoroughly, leaving residue all over my hands. Additionally, my nails were not properly shaped, with some extending beyond the nail onto the skin. Each nail appeared to have a different shade, lacking uniformity in color application. The overall quality of the service was subpar, even below that of a DIY job at home. If possible, I would rate this experience with 0 stars.
Initially selected a white shade which turned out poorly, prompting a redo. Disappointing outcome.
