Visited for haircuts with my son. Didn't use online check-in but were promptly attended to. Jamie did an amazing job with my unruly hair, and my son loved his cut, although we didn't catch the stylist's name. Will definitely return.

Took my other child for a haircut. She requested 4 braids but ended up with 2 French braids, causing her distress. Paid $30 for just the braids, without a haircut, and left with a dissatisfied child.
