The employees are very helpful and accommodating. It would be beneficial to have a wider range of plant and seed options.
The establishment is tidy, well-organized, and offers a diverse array of products. It's efficient to navigate through. The staff is cordial, but if you require assistance in locating an item or obtaining information about a product, it may not be fruitful to ask. Many employees seem unfamiliar with the merchandise being sold. When inquiring about an item's whereabouts, they can only direct you to the general section of the store, which isn't particularly helpful; this should be common knowledge. Moreover, why are the prices not displayed? Whether it's at the entrance or in the small section on the side of the store, prices are not readily visible. It can be quite inconvenient to have to bring items to the cashier just to ascertain their cost. I appreciate Atwood's, but there is room for improvement.
Exceptional staff service...always welcoming and willing to assist beyond expectations. One recommendation would be to offer a greater variety and a broader selection of plants, seeds, and bulbs.
