I have not visited Turner Medical Spa yet, but I was seriously considering going and purchasing a gift certificate for my daughter and sister. I found out tonight that my daughter had a $150 gift certificate that expired in Dec, and they will not honor it. Not even a part of it. She has a job out of town and visits Cross Lanes most weekends. They show no consideration for situations like hers and are not compassionate enough to honor a hardworking Mom who had to take a job out of town to support her family. I guess it's about who you know in this community to be treated with respect and dignity. And some of you claim they are a "people" caring organization??? Think again.
I’m not even kidding, Dr. Turner is a genius! I cannot emphasize enough. Their hands are like magic! If you’re considering a place to refresh or rejuvenate yourself, look no further! They and their team are incredibly kind and supportive & HONEST! They will not suggest services that are not in your best interest! Their level of skill is mind-blowing! I feel fantastic, and they've restored my confidence! Thank you, Dr. Turner!
Yesterday was my first experience ever getting something like this done. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. They are such a wonderful Dr., and their team is just as wonderful. I've already scheduled my second appointment. It was not painful at all, despite hearing many negative stories from different people going to different places. This was nothing like what I was told and made to fear. They explain everything step by step, answer any questions, and when you're ready, they begin. I had shots around the eye area and never felt anything but a tiny pinch. It was done in 4 minutes tops. They are just outstanding, to say the least. If you're considering something like this, they are the ONLY one you should trust with your face. They are board certified, doing your research is crucial. I couldn't be happier...
