I have not visited Turner Medical Spa yet, but I was seriously considering going and purchasing a gift certificate for my daughter and sister. I found out tonight that my daughter had a $150 gift certificate that expired in Dec, and they will not honor it. Not even a part of it. She has a job out of town and visits Cross Lanes most weekends. They show no consideration for situations like hers and are not compassionate enough to honor a hardworking Mom who had to take a job out of town to support her family. I guess it's about who you know in this community to be treated with respect and dignity. And some of you claim they are a "people" caring organization??? I had an awful experience with this establishment. I purchased a $50 Birthday gift certificate for my spouse's nails, but I couldn't even get through to make an appointment. Despite being out of town for work, the owner refused to accommodate us and honor the gift certificate. This is not how we conduct business in the United States.
