I had an awful experience with this establishment. I purchased a $50 Birthday gift certificate for my spouse's nails, but I couldn't even get through to make an appointment. Despite being out of town for work, the owner refused to accommodate us and honor the gift certificate. This is not how we conduct business in the United States. I will never support this business again.
This nail salon is absolutely top-notch! I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. They truly deliver on your requests and are incredibly pleasant to interact with.
Andy is exceptionally welcoming and skilled at his craft. He creates a warm and friendly atmosphere, making you feel like you're catching up with a friend while getting your nails done. I've been a client on and off for a decade, depending on my proximity to his shop! :)
