The image speaks volumes. There was no cuticle work done; in fact, my cuticles are drenched in acrylic. My entire finger and hand are covered in acrylic, and some of the nails are not even straight. When I brought this up to the person I thought was the manager, all she offered was some oil and lotion, which is not a sufficient solution to this issue.
