The Hair Studio in Crestwood always tries to accommodate your schedule and time. All of the stylists are personable and professional. I'd recommend my stylist Alex for any type of hair, color, or style.
My 2nd appointment with Taylor - today August 15 3:15 PM was called yesterday to confirm my appt, shampoo hair cut blow dry & curling iron. I get there at 3:10 a lady comes up take my name and says Rachel will be with you soon - before I had a chance to say my appt is with Taylor - she's gone and everyone is working on a customer. So I wait...and wait...and wait. Finally, about 3:40 she comes over again and I said my appt with Taylor not Rachel and it was for 3:15 and it's almost a half hour I am waiting. She says Taylor called in sick and I say no one called me to cancel the appointment? She then says each stylist is responsible to make and cancel appointments they have their own books and while they all work in the Hair Studio they are independent and Taylor is the Asst Manager. So I asked can Rachel do my hair? Rachel was working on someone and had another appt. So I left - I use a walker so this was not easy for me. Needless to say, it does not matter that I was happy with my first hair cut 6 weeks ago - it's clear they have no customer service. When I asked why you didn’t tell me right away Taylor was sick...no answer other than she has to "hear the complaints from customers even if she did not create the problem". So I am no longer a customer. Happy to say made an appt at another local salon in a week. I will say she held the door for me so I could exit easier with my walker. Goodby Taylor and Hair Studio and remember, making an appointment and getting a phone call confirming an appointment does not mean you will have one when you get there. I am assuming this has happened before.
