Ishani did my eyebrows and upper lip, and the outcome was very disappointing. She left many hairs on my lip and seemed unsure of what she was doing. Additionally, she displayed rudeness. When I paid in cash, she didn't place it in the register but kept it in her pocket. I informed her that it wasn't a tip, but she replied by saying I didn't need to know her actions. I strongly recommend avoiding this place due to the poor customer service.
I strongly advise against this place. I've always had naturally lovely eyebrows until I visited here and the person altered their shape completely, leaving them asymmetrical. They were overly thinned out and cut too short. The initial lady who worked on my eyebrows did an excellent job, but I cannot emphasize enough how poorly the new staff member messed up.
Upon returning home with my daughter, we both noticed that our eyebrows were poorly done, appearing mismatched. The outcome was so unsatisfactory that we have decided never to return. With my grandson's wedding approaching tomorrow, I am left feeling distraught.
