I truly hesitate to leave a negative critique as the proprietor and the other staff member were amiable and cordial, yet our visit left much to be desired. Despite our 1pm appointments, we arrived early. After selecting our nail polish, the proprietor commenced removing the gel polish from one of us. Thirty minutes later, the other staff member began removing my gel polish. The entire process of removal and extension application lasted a lengthy two and a half hours. Despite the considerable effort, our nails appeared overloaded with gel and the craftsmanship was quite sloppy. I had to request the proprietor to rectify mine on at least two occasions, and eventually, I relinquished. After investing three hours for a simple gel removal and application, a task that typically takes no more than an hour and 15 minutes at other salons, we were drained and lacked the energy for anything else. I left feeling disheartened about my nails and simply wanted to conclude the ordeal, a decision I possibly should have made much earlier. Furthermore, the proprietor and staff member frequently swapped positions and worked on both of us, potentially contributing to the unsatisfactory outcome, a practice I found perplexing. Despite offering a 10% discount special in December, the price we paid and the results we received rendered it insignificant and unworthy. I have no intentions of revisiting this establishment.

Ishani did my eyebrows and upper lip, and the outcome was very disappointing. She left many hairs on my lip and seemed unsure of what she was doing. Additionally, she displayed rudeness. When I paid in cash, she didn't place it in the register but kept it in her pocket. I informed her that it wasn't a tip, but she replied by saying I didn't need to know her actions. I strongly recommend avoiding this place due to the poor customer service.

I always look forward to my appointments at International Styles salon. They consistently deliver a personalized and top-notch service. The atmosphere is professional and welcoming. I wouldn't trust my hair to anyone else!👌
