I made an appointment, and the gentleman who answered mentioned he would send a text to his colleagues. No calls or texts received afterward. Really poor service... I wouldn't recommend this place if you can avoid it. Ended up going to Smith's barbershop after a 10-minute wait. Seems like if they're not familiar with you, they won't bother making an effort either.

If I could rate zero, I would; alas, one star is the lowest. My visit to top nails left much to be desired - not only did they fail to deliver the promised quality, but they also overcharged me significantly. Initially quoted $45 for a full set, I ended up paying $60 for nails that could have been done better at home. The shape is off, the polish is uneven, and some nails are even crooked. The technician seemed rushed and irritated, handling my hands roughly and bending my fingers uncomfortably.
