Lusine executed my balayage, trim, and blow dry flawlessly. She was pleasant to converse with, and the salon maintained a high level of cleanliness and safety measures. The spacious layout of the salon ensures that stylist stations are well-separated, enhancing the sense of security. I wholeheartedly recommend both Lusine and the salon.
I am thrilled that a friend suggested Christine to me! The balayage turned out stunning, mirroring the photos I shared, with minimal processing. We also discussed strategies for addressing my grays, easing my worries and making me excited for future visits. Christine is undeniably skilled at her craft. Our conversation flowed effortlessly, the atmosphere was relaxed, and everyone at the salon was incredibly welcoming!
Visited this Salon for micro extensions. The Stylist seemed inexperienced in the installation process, leading to hair pulling at the roots within a day. After 3 weeks, over 20 bonds have detached, necessitating their complete removal to prevent hair loss. The twisted and disorganized bonds were placed too close to the scalp, causing discomfort. While there may be talented stylists at the salon, Lucine lacks the expertise for micro extensions and should reconsider offering the service. Another salon will be removing them, and I will share photos showcasing the poor installation.
