I have been waiting to resolve an issue with the skin bar, but I've delayed long enough on penning this down. My child had a bath bomb making party in August. I was informed by the venue that the bath bombs would be ready for pick up as soon as they dry, at which point the owner would contact me and inform. I took the initiative to contact the owner where I was informed she would inform me of her first technician's availability on Tuesday, August 13 and prepare the bag for me. On Wednesday, August 14, I reached out to arrange a pick-up date as we were leaving for vacation in a few days. No response. I reached out AGAIN on August 17, informing her that we were leaving for vacation and I needed to collect the bath bombs that day. In response, she stated she would check if one of the staff could come over and bag it for me. Hours passed before I received any updates... She offered to deliver them to my home, but I insisted on picking them up. We scheduled a time and upon arrival, there was NOTHING in the basket waiting for me. I reached out once more with photos... it was silence. Not an apology, not a message. ZERO accountability for the runaround... ZERO
