I must gush about Shaye once more. They are exceptional! The only hiccup I encountered this time, beyond Shaye's control, was that the room was a tad too warm for me. I prefer a cooler setting when I get waxed.
Had my brows tinted and waxed by Shaye. They were truly fantastic! Their vibe made me feel completely at ease and instantly calm. Shaye took the time to narrate the process and addressed all my queries. Eager to schedule with them again!
Dominique was so pleasant and kind. My brows are stunning but she nicked my nostril. This was a first. Unsure if the wax stick was lacking wax, as the cut resembles its tip. Nevertheless, she was superb.
