My spouse surprised me with a gift card months back & I finally took advantage with a full-body massage & facial. The receptionist was exceptionally welcoming & kind. The waiting area was serene with music & the choice of flavored water to hydrate pre-treatments. My full body massage with Craig was incredibly soothing. He was friendly, well-informed & truly helped address my pain points. My facial was with Lynne & she was friendly, knowledgeable as well. I couldn't believe how soft & clear my skin looked & felt after her treatments. This was my initial visit to Hand & Stone & I eagerly anticipate returning in the near future!
This Retreat is my slice of paradise on earth. The individuals with whom I have interacted, from the receptionists to Lynne and India, are incredibly professional, warm and inviting. Lynne, who performs my facials, is exceptionally well-informed and supportive in equipping me with the tools to maintain my skin's health. I've only experienced one massage and India was exceptional. She pinpointed knots I wasn't aware of. Once she worked those out of my shoulders and neck, I felt remarkably better. I've attempted to request her again, but her schedule is consistently booked. I have another massage scheduled soon with whoever is available so we'll see how it goes.
Initial massage with this establishment left me eager to return! From the reception area where you await your appointment to the actual treatment space, the atmosphere exudes relaxation. The facility was impeccably clean, the receptionist was polite and the massage therapist was gentle, thoughtful and informed. Certainly will be revisiting.
